New Georgian Papers Fellowship at Library of Congress: Apply Now!

The John W. Kluge Centre at the Library of Congress in Washington DC has announced a new fellowship in association with the Georgian Papers Programme. The fellowship is open to independent scholars and writers, doctoral students, and college and university faculty in all disciplines. Each Georgian Papers Fellow will receive $8,000 from the Kluge Center of the Library of Congress, intended to cover the costs and living expenses of one month of research at the Royal Archives and one month of research at the Library of Congress.  The applications will be judged according to the quality of the conception, definition, organization, and description of the project, its relevance for research in the Georgian Papers at Windsor and the collections of the Library of Congress, and its significance.

This is an outstanding opportunity to explore transatlantic themes in the Georgian papers and one of the world’s great libraries. Applications must be received by 15 February 2018 (note revised deadline). For further details, follow this link:
